Prinses Alexandra Friederike Henriette (Altenburg, Duitsland, 8 juli 1830 - St. Petersburg, Rusland, 6 juli 1911), was een dochter van Joseph van Saksen-Altenburg en Amalie van Württemberg.
Op 11 september 1848 trouwde ze met Groothertog Konstantin Nikolaevich van Rusland, een zoon van tsaar Nikolaj I van Rusland. Hierbij bekeerde ze zich tot de Russisch-orthodoxe Kerk en veranderde haar naam in Aleksandra Josifovna Romanova. Ze kregen 6 kinderen:
- Groothertog Nikolaj (14 februari 1850 - 26 januari 1918)
- Groothertogin Olga (3 september 1851 - 18 juni 1926)
- Groothertogin Vera (16 februari 1854 - 11 april 1912)
- Groothertog Konstantin (22 augustus 1858 - 15 juni 1915)
