Ériu is een godin uit de Ierse mythologie. Ze is een dochter van Delbáeth en Ernmas van de Tuatha Dé Danann. Zij was getrouwd met koning Mac Grené (of Mac Gréine), een kleinzoon van Dagda. Ook is ze de zus van Banba en Fodla en de moeder van Bres.
Met haar beide zussen vormt ze een drie-eenheid. Het eiland Ierland (Modern Iers: Éire) is naar haar genoemd door de zonen van Míl (de Milezieërs).
