Pocahontas 2: Reis naar een Nieuwe Wereld (Engelse titel: Pocahontas II: Journey to a New World) is een Amerikaanse direct-to-video muzikale animatie- en avonturenfilm uit 1998 en het vervolg op de Disney- film Pocahontas uit 1995 . Terwijl de eerste film ging over haar ontmoeting met John Smith en de aankomst van de Britse kolonisten in Jamestown, concentreert het vervolg zich op Pocahontas 'reis naar Engeland met John Rolfe om te onderhandelen over vrede tussen de twee naties, hoewel aan het einde van de film haar dood wordt weggelaten. De in het echt geleefd hebbende Pocohontas (1596-1617) overleed in Engeland.
