Hieronder vindt je een lijst van alle vicepresidenten van de Verenigde Staten. Naast een foto en de naam worden ook het termijn, het rangnummer, de partij en de president(en) vermeldt. Enkel officiële vicepresidenten zijn in de lijst opgenomen. De huidige vicepresident is Kamala Harris.

De functie van vicepresident bestaat sinds 1789, toen de Amerikaanse grondwet van kracht ging. Sommige vicepresidenten zijn tijdens hun termijn overleden of afgetreden. Tot aan de jaren 70 was de regel dat er dan geen nieuwe vicepresident werd aangewezen. Wanneer een president vermoord wordt, overlijdt of aftreedt wordt hij doorgaans opgevolgd door zijn vicepresident. Deze vicepresident kon tot aan de jaren 70 geen nieuwe vicepresident kiezen. In beide gevallen bleef de functie vacant (onbezet). Dit veranderde toen vicepresident Gerald Ford president werd nadat president Richard Nixon opstapte; Ford kon vervolgens door een wetswijziging wel een nieuwe vicepresident kiezen. Sindsdien is dit niet meer gebeurd.
